    Police have made 14 arrests over vehicles stolen across Auckland in the past 48 hours


    A vehicle was spiked in Takapuna and two people taken into custody early this morning.

    The driver of another stolen vehicle parked down a steep driveway in Titirangi to evade Police, but lost control, rolled the car down a bank and fled.

    Four occupants were found.

    Just before midnight on Tuesday, a stolen car was tracked to Mangere, and a number of people taken into custody.

    Five other stolen vehicles were also found in Forrest Hill early today.
