Co-captain Kennedy Simon's excited for the world to see the added strength that motherhood's given Black Ferns returnee Aldora Itunu

The 32-year-old prop is set for her first test since 2021 after being named on the bench for Sunday's Pacific Four clash with Canada in Christchurch.

Itunu is back in the Black Ferns for the first time since giving birth to her first child in late 2022 - Simon says the Blues standout's picked up right where she left off.

Itunu comes onto the bench after Kate Henwood's shoulder injury has seen Chryss Viliko named for a first test start.
