'Unusual smell' forces flight to turn back
An Air New Zealand flight on its way to Sydney has been forced to turn back to Auckland after an "unusual smell" was noticed in the cabin.

An Air New Zealand flight has been forced to turn back to Auckland after an "unusual smell" was reported in the cabin.
The flight, which was bound for Sydney on Saturday morning, landed without incident and is being checked by engineers, an Air New Zealand spokeswoman said.
Passengers on board the flight were being accommodated on other airlines.
