PM back in the air after delay

Prime Minister John Key is on his way to CHOGM in the Caribbean once again after being delayed in Honolulu

    26 November 2009
The Prime Minister's plane woes are over and his trip to the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting is back on track.

The Air Force 757 being used by John Key and his delegation was unexpectedly grounded in Honolulu for several hours today because of a minor technical malfunction.

A spokesperson for the Prime Minister says the problem has been fixed and the Prime Minister will continue his trip to the Caribbean early this evening.

Mr Key will only miss one minor business meeting associated with CHOGM but will make all his other planned engagements.
