    Black Caps hammered in Hamilton

    Black Caps well beaten by Australia in 3rd one-dayer at Hamilton's Seddon Park. NZ 245, Aus 248-4.

    Australia has cruised to a comfortable win over the Black Caps in the third one-day cricket international at Hamilton's Seddon Park.

    Chasing 246 runs for victory, Australia reached the target with six wickets in hand and 2.4 overs to spare. Opener Brad Haddin top-scored with 110 and captain Ricky Ponting made 69.

    Earlier, Ross Taylor top scored for New Zealand with 62.

    Australia now leads the five-match series 2-1.
