Cheryl Cole has blasted Louis Walsh, saying he left Girls Aloud to manage themselves.
'X Factor' judge Louis mentored Cheryl and bandmates - Sarah Harding, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh - to victory in reality TV show 'Popstars: The Rivals' but Cheryl says after they won, he was only interested in getting paid.

She told Britain's Marie Claire magazine: "We never had management. Louis claimed to be our manager but he never did it. We didn't talk to him or anything like that. He just took the cheque.
"Zero involvement, Oh yeah, he took the cheques. We managed ourselves. He never chose a hit. Who chose them? Us."
Cheryl has previously claimed Louis only spoke to the band twice during the time he managed them before they parted ways in 2005 and replaced him with Hilary Shaw.
Cheryl, 28, also slammed Louis for criticising Girls Aloud's weight and said the record company sent them for training on his recommendation.
She added: "Louis had come out publicly and said, 'They're all fat. They all need to lose weight'. And the record label sent us all to training."
