Eva Mendes only eats fish to keep her skin healthy and has revealed she hasn't dined on meat for years.

The 'Hitch' actress cut out all meat dishes from her menu several years ago and predominately eats fish now and she can see the benefit to her appearance every day.
Eva also drinks three litres of water every day to stay hydrated.
She revealed: "I eat a lot of fish - I haven't eaten any meat at all for several years now - and I've noticed that my skin looks a lot better and much healthier.
"I believe beauty starts from within, so I exercise, eat well and drink three litres of water a day. It all begins with hydration."
Just as the 38-year-old screen beauty - who is the new face of Pantene Drink Up - is careful about what she puts into her own body she is also conscious about being environmentally friendly.
Eva - who is dating 'Drive' actor Ryan Gosling - even limits the amount of time she spends in the shower to conserve water.
She is quoted by website SkyLiving as saying: "Taking a five minute shower always helps the environment. Plus it's a great way to make sure I'm out of the house sooner therefore always running on time."
