Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have denied quitting their reality television show ‘Khloe & Lamar’

It emerged yesterday (30.04.12) that the husband and wife duo had dropped their popular E! series.

However a spokesperson for Khloe has quashed claims that the couple have given up on filming the programme, which documents their married life.

The representative clarified that the project, which has filmed two seasons, has simply been put on pause while the sportsman and the business woman work on managing their hectic agendas.

They told People.com: "It has NOT been cancelled. It’s just on hold now while schedules are figured out. It will depend on their schedules, as Lamar’s basketball schedule is a priority."

The news comes after Lamar endured a disappointing season with the Dallas Mavericks which saw him put on their inactive list last month (March).

Khloe’s mother and manger Kris Jenner is thought to be up in arms about the move to retreat from the spotlight.

A family insider told RadarOnline.com: "Lamar just isn't in a good place right now, he is dealing with his ailing father and trying to get back into shape so he can sign with an NBA team.

“Kris doesn't think it was necessary for them to not do another season of the show though and told them that Ryan Seacrest's production team would work with Khloé and Lamar to film less.”
