Angelina Jolie has bought her fiancé Brad Pitt a helicopter and flying lessons
The 36-year-old actress apparently spent £1million on the aircraft and flying lessons for Brad Pitt to go with the parking spot they happened to have built onto their European property.
17 May 2012 A source told The Sun: "They've had a helicopter pad installed in the grounds of their south of France home, Chateau Miraval.
"So Ange thought it would be nice to buy Brad a helicopter as a surprise present."
Apparently the pair, who are parents to six biological and adopted children, will be using the mode of transport to get to nearby events.
The insider continued: "In particular, they would like to be able to fly to and from Cannes.
"But even though Brad has his private pilot's licence, he still needs to take a few flying lessons - which he'll start straight away."
Meanwhile the couple finally seem to be putting any tension between Brad's ex-wife Jennifer Anistion and them in the past.
According to reports, the 'Friends' actress sent them a £500 bouquet of flowers ahead of this week's Cannes Film Festival, to congratulate them on their engagement.
Brad had earlier sent her a case of his Chateau Miraval wine.
