Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been given a warm welcome by their London neighbours

The residents of the capital city's Richmond borough regularly offer up golfing equipment and food supplies according to reports.

They are submitting their invites to security staff through an intercom.

A source told The Sun: "Brad and Angelina have been given a warm welcome in Richmond. The locals love the fact they have returned there after staying last year.

"Neighbours have buzzed on their intercom and asked if Brad wants to play golf at a nearby course. They have even offered to lend him clubs in case he hasn't got any."

The 'Fight Club' actor and fiancée Angelina last week moved back to south-west London where they lived last summer.

The friendly locals have also dropped off baskets of traditional English fare as a welcome gift for the 'Mr & Mrs Smith' stars and their six children, Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, Zahara, Vivienne and Knox.

Apparently Brad's security took the food presents inside and now the family's kitchen cupboards are well stocked with traditional English products.
