A man has died and three others have been injured in a single vehicle crash near Palmerston North.
Emergency services were called to the scene, on State Highway 56 near Bainesse, about 7pm on Friday, a police spokesman told NZ Newswire.
The injured have been taken to Palmerston North Hospital.
It's believed there was only one vehicle involved in the crash, the police spokesman said.
