The late actor, who died in a car accident in November and has been posthumously nominated for the Best On-Screen Duo award with Vin Diesel for their work in 'Fast and Furious 6,' will be honoured during a special tribute led by his co-star Jordana Brewster, featuring some his most famous movie clips.

MTV president Stephen Friedman said: "Paul's humanity and kindness clearly showed through every role. We're honoured to be able to spend a moment in this year's Movie Awards to celebrate him."
Meanwhile, Conan O'Brien, who will host the annual ceremony for the first time at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, plans to set himself on fire during the ceremony in a bid to boost his ratings.
Speaking shortly before the event, he quipped: "I think my injuries will be of some interest to people."
Eminem and Rihanna will perform at the event, where presenters will include Lupita Nyong'o, Jared Leto, Jessica Alba and Zac Efron.
Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, and Jamie Foxx will also be on hand to reveal a clip from their new movie, 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2.'
