WWE legend Ultimate Warrior died from a massive heart attack.
The 54-year-old iconic grappler - real name James Hellwig - passed away last Tuesday, just three days after he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in New Orleans, Louisiana, and an autopsy has determined that he died as a result of "Atherosclerotic/Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease."

Officials told gossip website TMZ.com that the medical examiner, who conducted the autopsy, classified his death as "natural," meaning no drugs or alcohol were directly involved.
The 'RAW' star was rushed to hospital after suffering the heart attack while walking with his wife outside a hotel in Arizona, but he never regained consciousness.
Tributes poured in from the wrestling world following his sudden death.
WWE owner Vince McMahon wrote on Twitter: "We are all so sad that the Ultimate Warrior has passed away. Our heart is with his wife Dana and his two daughters."
Fellow WWE icon Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson tweeted: "Loss always has a way of reminding us to live and love as greatly as we can. My prayers and strength to his family. RIP Ultimate Warrior."
Hulk Hogan - who hosted 'WrestleMania XXX' - also tweeted: "RIP WARRIOR. only love. HH (sic)"
