Miley Cyrus is upset about having to postpone two more dates of her 'Bangerz' tour.

The 21-year-old singer, who was hospitalised on Tuesday after suffering an allergic reaction to antibiotics, was hoping to be well enough to perform in her hometown Nashville, Tennessee on Friday night but had to reschedule the show.

The star vented her frustration on Twitter, writing: "Sick of waking up to needles #goingthruit #floydfriday, (sic)" referring to her beloved dog Floyd, who passed away earlier in the month.

Miley was also forced to cancel her scheduled performance in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday, and both shows have already been rescheduled for August 7 and 9.

The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker will remain in hospital until her condition improves and may not be able to complete the final three dates of the US leg of her tour, which is due to come to an end in Ledyard, Connecticut next Friday.

The 'Adore You' singer also cancelled concerts in St. Louis and Kansas City, Missouri earlier this week, after she had "an extreme allergic reaction" to the antibiotic cephalexin that she was taking for a sinus infection.

Miley recently hit back at rumours she is faking her illness, tweeting: "So many ignorant stories out there no one is reading the official statement and these dumb asses are scaring my fans. Shut the f**k up and let me heal."
