Reese Witherspoon has put her Los Angeles home on the market for $14 million

The 'Mud' actress and her talent agent husband, Jim Toth, are selling their lavish Spanish-style estate in Brentwood, California, which is comprised of three properties and is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in a guard gated community

The 38-year-old star, who has 21-month-old son Tennessee with Jim, bought the first property in December 2003 while still married to Ryan Phillippe, with whom she has a 14-year-old daughter, Ava, and a 10-year-old son, Deacon.

The Oscar-winning beauty picked up the second in 2009 following their divorce in 2007, and bought the final property on the same stretch of road in December 2013 for a combined total of approximately $11 million.

The Brentwood Circle home boasts unparalleled privacy, a pool, outdoor fireplace, sunken trampoline, playground, vegetable garden and sprawling landscaped gardens, according to real estate website Trulia.com.

It also features five-bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a sweeping staircase, and a master suit with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, marble bath, two closets and a separate room for an easy to access office or gym.

Reese is hoping to sell the estate as a whole for $14 million or the main residence for $10.5 million. The adjacent 28,870 square foot property, which includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms and was previously described as a "warm and inviting... enchanted cottage" - is also available to be purchased separately for $3.5 million.

A source told Variety.com that Reese and her family want to move to the Pacific Palisades.

The actress finally sold her ranch in Ojai, California, where she and Jim tied the knot in 2011, for $4.98 million earlier this year, after originally placing it on the market for $10 million.
