Justin Theroux admits he has learned to love Los Angeles for Jennifer Aniston

The 'Leftovers' star, who has been engaged to the former 'Friends' star since August 2012 and splits his time between their mansion in Bel Air and New York City, wasn't always a fan of the Californian city, but now thinks their bicoastal lifestyle is kind of perfect

The 42-year-old actor, who was previously said to be locked in a dispute with his fiancée over where they will live after they get married, told Interview magazine: "That's always been a goal, to be bicoastal in a real way. I like all the clichés. I mean, I love someone who lives in Los Angeles - so that's a big draw.

"But I love the weather. It does feel like a slightly healthier lifestyle, being able to hike and do all that c**p."

Asked what happiness means to him, he said: "My dogs... And my lady, of course."

But Justin, who grew up in Washington D.C., also hinted he still hates having to drive everywhere in LA, as he has to go to the gym more.

He said: "In New York I used to just be more active. I'd always ride my bike everywhere or skateboard everywhere, walk, whatever. Then I started going to the gym."

The 'Wanderlust' star, who recently brushed off rumours he and Jennifer, 45, have cold feet ahead of their upcoming wedding, also claims he wasn't good student growing up, attending a non-traditional school until his parents got divorced.

He said: "I was always acting. I was doing after-school plays and stuff like that. But I wasn't doing well in any of the schools, so by ninth or tenth grade, I ended up going to a boarding school. D.C. is a hard city to grow up in. I couldn't find my footing there. Also, I got a late start academically, and I was dyslexic."
