Lana Del Rey likes to have a passionate love

The 29-year-old singer believes a large proportion of a relationship is based on sex and she admits she isn't interested in romance unless it is "physical"

Speaking in the new issue of Complex magazine, she said: "I like a hands-on love. How can I say this without getting into too much trouble? I like a tangible, passionate love. For me, if it isn't physical, I'm not interested ... Everything else is so hard; hopefully love is the one thing that is actually fun."

Meanwhile, the 'Born to Die' hitmaker recently ended her relationship with musician boyfriend Barrie-James O'Neill, whom she first began dating in 2011, because she wanted to feel "free" again.

She said previously: "We are currently not together. He is a wonderful person. But there are some things with which he has to deal. I will not explain it in detail.

"This was hard on our relationship, I no longer felt free."

However, despite calling time on her romance with Barrie, the brunette beauty admits she hasn't ruled out settling down with someone in the future and having children with them.

When asked if she would like to get married at some point, Lana

replied: "I'd love to. And I would like to have children. Hopefully it will work out sometime."

Lana has since sparked rumours she's dating Vogue photographer Francesco Carrozzini after they were spotted looking cosy together in Los Angeles and New York last month.
