Justin Bieber is being sued by a photographer

The 'Believe' hitmaker reportedly destroyed Aja Oxman's camera after ordering his bodyguard to "do whatever he had to" to get the paparazzo's memory card after he took a picture of the singer on a public beach in Kauai, Hawaii last November

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Justin "enjoyed the beating" the photographer allegedly took, which he claims saw the bodyguard lift him in a choke hold and slammed onto the hood of a car.

Oxman claims that, after he took the photo of the 20-year-old star cliff jumping, Justin told his security: "Go get his memory card and do whatever you have to do to get that card."

The bodyguard then seized the camera and memory card and he and his famous client destroyed the equipment.

The case comes just three months after another photographer filed a lawsuit against the star.

Manuel Munoz claimed he was taking pictures of the 'Baby' hitmaker as he left the SET Nightclub in Miami Beach in January - hours before the singer was stopped by police for drag racing and alleged driving under the influence (DUI) - and was chased by the star's minder Dwayne Patterson into a nearby Subway eatery.

According to the photographer, the bodyguard locked the restaurant door and cornered him in the bathroom, demanding he delete the photos, before trying to "forcibly" remove the memory card and kicking and punching him, damaging his camera in the process.

And in another case, the singer must sit for another videotaped deposition after being accused of ordering his bodyguard Hugo Hesny to choke Jeffrey Binion and steal his camera equipment last June outside a Miami recording studio.
