Carson Daly has become a father for the third time

The 'Voice USA' host's fiancée Siri Pinter gave birth to a baby girl yesterday (20.08.14) and the couple have named their new daughter - a sister for Jackson, five, and Etta, 22 months - London Rose

According to TV Show 'Today', the new arrival measured 22 inches long and weighed 8lb 11oz.

The 41-year-old presenter praised his "warrior" fiancee for her calm nature during labour.

He said: "Siri is a warrior and I'm so amazed by her poise, grace and strength during this miraculous process.

"Watching Jack and Etta meet their new sister was like watching a scene in a movie, directed by God."

Just last week, Siri - who got engaged to Carson last October - joked she was so overdue that strangers were "frightened" of her in case she suddenly gave birth.

She tweeted: "It's pretty amusing how frightened strangers are of me right now. Especially when I scream QUICK CATCH THE BABY!! #10monthspregnant.(sic)"

Carson had previously vowed not to "miss a minute" of Siri's labour, no matter how busy he was.

He said: "My family's the most important thing. I'm not missing a minute of the birth of my kid. Family first."
