Kim Kardashian West has landed a guest spot on CBS sitcom '2 Broke Girls'

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star took to her Twitter account to announce she will be appearing on the comedy show on October 27, alongside the lead actresses Beth Behrs and Kat Dennings.

She wrote: "Shooting an episode of #2BrokeGirls with @OfficialKat & @BethBehrs! Can't wait for you to see it 10/27 @ 8pm on #CBS (sic)"

Both Kat and Beth retweeted the exciting news, but have yet to comment on it themselves.

It is as yet unknown if Kim will be playing a character or portraying herself, but she certainly has enough experience on the small screen to cope with either scenario.

In the past few years, the 33-year-old beauty has had cameo roles in 'CSI:NY', 'Last Man Standing', '30 Rock' and 'Drop Dead Diva' as well as 120 episodes of 'KUWTK'.

Written by 'Sex And The City' producer Michael Patrick King, '2 Broke Girls' first hit TV screens in 2011.

It later won a Primetime Emmy Award in 2012 for Outstanding Art Direction for a Multi-Camera Series.

In the same year, the show also picked up the Favourite New TV Comedy at the People's Choice Awards.
