Michelle Rodriguez has reportedly been seeking comfort from Cara Delevingne after splitting from Zac Efron.

The 'Fast & Furious' actress split from the 22-year-old model earlier this year before embarking on a summer romance with the 'Bad Neighbours' actor, whom she split from last week, and her former flame has been helping to mend her broken heart.

A source revealed: "Michelle needed to get away from Zac, and she got away from him by going to New York to see Cara.

"Michelle wanted to have some fun and to take her mind off of Zac."

The 36-year-old star - who dated Cara for a number of months - is said to have been missing the Burberry model as the pair were virtually inseparable during their relationship.

The source added: "Cara is helpful to Michelle during this breakup because they are friends. Michelle missed Cara's company."

It's thought that if the pair continue spending so much time together, they could end up getting back together, as Michelle is keen to be with someone on the same level as her after dating party-loving Zac, 26.

An insider told RadarOnline.com: "I wouldn't be surprised if Cara and Michelle are hooking up again ... Cara doesn't party in the same way that Zac does. Part of the reason that Michelle and Zac broke up was because she couldn't handle his partying."
