Peter Andre treated fiancée Emily MacDonaugh to a luxury holiday in Zanzibar for her 25th birthday.

The loved up couple enjoyed a romantic getaway in Tanzania, East Africa, as part of Emily's birthday celebrations on August 16.

The new mother and medicine student was given thoughtful personalised cards from her stepchildren, Peter's nine-year-old son Junior and his seven-year-old daughter Princess from his marriage with ex-wife Katie Price.

Emily and Peter, 41, have one child together, seven-month-old daughter Amelia, who they affectionately call Millie, and even she got in on the card-making action.

About their holiday, Pete shared in new! magazine: "We spent it in Zanzibar and it was such a lovely day. The kids and I made her handmade cards and Millie even put her handprint on it and wrote, 'I love you mummy,' which was so cute. I held her hand so she could write for the very first time!"

Later on in the day, the singer surprised his wife-to-be with island jewellery and an extra vacation.

He explained: "In the evening we went out for dinner and some of the villagers sang her 'Happy Birthday' in Swahili. I brought her some trinkets from the village, but I'm taking her for a night away as her main present."
