Daisy Lowe feels "rubbish" if she doesn't exercise at least three times a week.

The 25-year-old model admits she maintains her enviable figure by working out on a regular basis, but she still enjoys tucking in to cake from time-to-time.

Speaking in the upcoming September issue of Women's Health Magazine, she said: "I aim for three times a week [of exercise]. If I don't stick to it, I feel rubbish."

Despite the brunette beauty's love of partying, she insists she tries to limit the amount of alcohol she drinks because her body rejects the sugar-filled booze.

She explained: "I love going out with my friends and having a good dance. But my body just doesn't like lots of alcohol - probably because of all the sugar in it. I love a glass of red wine, but I'll have it very rarely.

"I just do shots of good-quality tequila and then drink water in between. I managed to have only five drinks throughout the whole of Glastonbury. I just added in green tea to help keep me awake."
