Ciara is working out every day to get back into shape after having a baby.
The 28-year-old singer gave birth to Future Zahir Wilburn in May and is reportedly desperate to get her body back to how it was before Future was born.

Her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, told PEOPLE.com: "When you say she's working out every day, that sounds like it's crazy but it's not.
"It's a ritual. She's showering every day too. She's not destroying herself."
Gunnar - who explained that varying workouts is the key to Ciara's success - praised the 'Like A Boy' hitmaker for her determination and progress.
He said: "She's working hard, she's getting it done, she's eating properly, she's getting sleep while she can, and so she's getting leaner and stronger. That's the way to be the best mum.
"It's about keeping her moving. There are a lot of intervals in there.
It doesn't make for a happy camper, but [it produces] great results.
"You see the body, she's already right there."
