Victoria Beckham plans to get her family to work in her new boutique.

The British fashion designer, who has four children, Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 12, Cruz, nine, and Harper, three, with husband David Beckham, insists she is going to be very hands-on when she opens her first flagship store on Dover Street in Mayfair, London in the near future and says she will also enlist the retired footballer and their eldest son to help out part-time.

The 40-year-old star told the UK's Grazia magazine: "I love retail - I'll be taking appointments with people... maybe go behind the till. Who knows maybe David will be on the door and Brooklyn will be a Saturday boy?"

Brooklyn, who is still in school, previously worked part-time in a local cafe.

David, 39, recently praised Victoria for helping him put together his collection for the British fashion brand Belstaff, and admitted he felt "lucky" to be with her.

He said: "Obviously having a wife that has a great eye like she does, I'm very lucky. But obviously, I kinda make my decisions on my collection and she does on hers.

"And she shows me her ideas, and asks me what I think, and I do the same.

"That's what's great about being married. That's what's great about having a partner, having a wife that has the eye that she has. So over the years we kind of give each other advice on certain things either that we've created on our brands or on our collections or even what we're wearing. So it's good to have someone that is as talented as she is."
