The pair's deejay, Sam Young, told PEOPLE.com: "They were dancing all night long. George is a big dancer! It was crazy! He can really hold his own."
Sam, who has played for Sir Elton John and Justin Timberlake in the past, provided music for the entire weekend - including the two parties on the Sunday - and believes guests "had a really fun time."
Speaking about what type of music he played, he said: "Everything from 'Rappers Delight' to Michael Jackson, Blondie to David Bowie - all the good classics."
Sam also discovered that the 'Monuments Men' star, 53, had also tried his hand at spinning some tunes in the past, prior to making it big in the acting business.
He explained: "He told me that he was a deejay for 15 years - I think that must have been pre-acting."
Meanwhile, George and Amal, 36, are currently holidaying at an exclusive eco-friendly resort, which is only accessible via helicopter, in the Seychelles.
