Naomi Campbell felt honoured to present Boy George with Attitude magazine's Icon Award for Outstanding Achievement.

The 44-year-old supermodel gushed over the 'Karma Chameleon' hitmaker as she made her way into the event at the Whitehall Banqueting Hall in London on Tuesday night and confessed she didn't have to think twice about getting on stage to honor the legendary 80s singer.

When asked if she was excited about presenting the award to George, 52, she told BANG Showbiz: "Hands down I was like, 'I'm getting up there.' He is a power house, his voice his incredible, he is an amazing artist, he can sing anything. And you can't ever take that away from him, ever."

The raven-haired beauty added she was thrilled to participate in the awards ceremony as she has been a fan of the magazine since she was just eight years old.

She said: "I am very excited. I don't like that word, but I'm very enthusiastic and very happy to be here tonight. Because I've been a fan since I was eight years old and I'll say more about it on stage but it's definitely part of my life.

"I think it's very important, I mean, I think it's important around the world, to celebrate everyone's achievements no matter what sexuality you are, everyone has the right to be honoured."

However, the busy Brit-born model admitted she wouldn't be able to stay and party the night away at the event, due to her hectic schedule and early wake-up call.

    She confessed: "I don't know I've got three jobs today and I've got a 7am wake-up call so I don't know. I'm actually on antibiotics so I think I won't."

Other winners on the night included Olympic diver Tom Daley, who took home Attitude's Man of the Year Award, TOWIE's Dan Osborne, who was crowned Fittest Man, and former 'X Factor' star Ella Henderson, who won Attitude's Breakthrough Artist Award.
