Lisa Kudrow would prefer to shoot an entire season of 'Friends' if the show were to return.

The 51-year-old actress - who starred as Phoebe Buffay on the NBC comedy alongside Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer between 1994 and 2004 - has admitted she would be up for shooting an entire new series of the show if a reunion occurs in the future.

The Emmy Award-winner made the announcement during a Reddit AMA session when she was questioned over the series - which has previously rumoured to be returning as a special episode or a movie - and insisted a one-off wouldn't be enough if the stars were to get back together.

When asked in which format she'd most like the show to return, Lisa said: "A whole season, because to spend that much time with those people again would be heaven!"

However, some of her former 'Friends' cast mates are unsure whether the show will ever return to TV screens.

Matt, 47, doesn't believe the series would suit following the lives of the six pals now they are older.

He previously said: "That show was about a finite period of time in life, after college and before your relationship and family starts and where your friends are your support system and that's what the magic of the show was, everyone goes through that and can relate to that. It was those characters in a room relying on each other. Past that it's not the same environment so I don't see it happening."

Courteney, 50, has also said: "It's not going to happen."
