Miley Cyrus celebrated her 22nd birthday with a penis-shaped bucking bronco.

The controversial star - who is known for her twerking antics - threw a Happyland-themed birthday bash at Factory Nightclub in West Hollywood on Saturday where she was accompanied by new beau, Patrick Schwarzenegger, who donned a pilot's jumpsuit for the occasion.

The Los Angeles hot spot was decorated especially for the X-rated blowout, and the risque ride wasn't the only naughty addition as the walls were adorned with sex toys and illuminating cannabis leaves.

Abiding to her usual kooky fashion sense, the 'Wrecking Ball' singer opted for a neon pink and green cut-out dress along with a shaggy pink and yellow faux-fur jacket. Later in the night, the star is reported to have ditched the outfit all together, going topless to dance the night away to the 1981 disco classic 'Super Freak'.

The 'We Can't Stop' hitmaker was also presented with a gigantic cake resembling a pepperoni pizza which she stood on and rubbed onto partygoers.

Attendees at the crazy party included 32-year-old singer Adam Lambert, who was spotted licking one of the many inflatable sex dolls which populated the venue, Sky Ferreira, who supported the star on her BANGERZ tour in Europe earlier this year, and her brother, 20-year-old hunk Braison Cyrus.
