Tyra Banks has put her two-bedroom apartment on the market for $3.8 million.
The 'America's Next Top Model' host will be hoping to make a $1.7 million profit on her abode in Nolita, New York, after she purchased it for $2.1 million in 2005, but she will be sad to see her home go after falling in love with the area.

A spokesman for the star told the New York Daily News: "Tyra believes Nolita is one of the most fun, immersive, electric, trendy areas and loved living amongst the best new restaurants and shops.
"She relished going down her elevator being mere steps away from her fave breakfast haunts."
The 41-year-old TV presenter – who is set to present new chat show 'The Fab' in the autumn – is said to be selling up because she hasn't been spending as much time as she would like in the abode due to her work commitments.
As well as Tyra, John Mayer also put his apartment in the same building on the market in 2013 and got nearly $4 million for it.
Those keen to purchase the plush property in Nolita – which is derived from "North of Little Italy" – might like to note that it boasts picturesque panoramic views of Lower Manhattan and Midtown.
What's more, it could be an ideal abode for a celebrity chef or a scriptwriter as it comes with an open kitchen and a study, plus those who like to be at one with nature may well appreciate the huge amounts of natural light the apartment gets as well as the Brazilian mahogany wood floors.
