Jason Derulo has accused Jordin Sparks of lying about the BMW 7 he gave her.

The 'Talk Dirty' hitmaker, who split from the brunette beauty in September after three years of dating, hit back at her after she claimed she recently discovered the car he gave her for Christmas in December 2013 had only been leased from a dealership.

The 25-year-old star posted a photograph of a "Vehicle Bill of Sale" on Instagram, with the caption: "Women Lie, Men Lie, Numbers Don't Lie!"

The receipt appears to show the singer purchased a four-door sedan for $74,431.22, as well as the Dealer Administrative Fee of $599.00, on December 24, but some of his followers have suggested the bill is for a different vehicle.

Jason's posted the image just hours after Jordin revealed she no longer owned the car during an interview with Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club on Thursday (15.01.15).

The 'No Air' singer - who admitted in October that she was planning to give Jason back the champagne-coloured sedan following their split - claimed she discovered he'd never actually purchased the car when she dropped it off at a dealership after she bought herself a new Jeep for her birthday last month.

She said: "Well, if he wanted it, he could have it. I dropped it off at the BMW dealership and said, 'You can deal with it.'

"Keeping it would be like dirty money."

But she insisted she still wishes Jason the best because she learned a lot from their relationship.

She said: "He's a great guy. Like, I don't wish him any harm. He did some stupid s**t, but I can't hold that against him.

"[Our] relationship did teach me what I like and what I'm willing to do and what I'm not willing to do."
