Kim Kardashian West is planning to pose nude again when she gets pregnant.

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, who recently admitted she and husband Kanye West are having a "challenging" time trying to give their 19-month-old daughter, North, a sibling, wants to strip down for a risky photo-shoot to show off her next baby bump.

A source close to the 34-year-old beauty - who appeared completely naked in Paper magazine in November, said: "Kim is determined to not gain as much weight as she did with North because she wants to look super hot in the naked pregnant photo-shoot. Convinced she is a muse for photographers and fashion editors, Kim is planning on doing the shoot for a major magazine, and isn't opposed to doing full frontal nudity."

Kanye, 37, fully supports the reality TV star's plans, but doesn't want her to do it for money in case people consider it less artistic.

The insider told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "Kanye is absolutely supportive of Kim, and loves the idea of doing a very artistic nude photo shoot while pregnant."

Kim recently praised her sister Kourtney Kardashian, 35, for posing nude for DuJour magazine shortly before she gave birth to her third child, Reign, with boyfriend Scott Disick last month.

She shared a picture from the risky photo-shoot on Instagram, with the caption: "Kourtney is such a beautiful pregnant woman! Pregnancy is beautiful and powerful and she really embraces it!"
