Kim Kardashian West has poked fun at her obsession with selfies in a new advert.

The 34-year-old star is seen taking a number of pictures of herself with a mobile phone in the T-Mobile advert, which will be shown during the Super Bowl on Sunday, and she jokingly tries to convince people they should be using their data by taking to her social media sites to view her photos.

In the advert, which was premiered on talk show 'Conan', she says: "Hi, I'm Kim. Each month millions of gigs of unused data are taken back by wireless companies. Tragic. Data you paid for that could be used to see my makeup, my backhand, my outfits, my vacation and my outfits - sadly all lost. Please help save the data."

Kim dons several outfits in the 30-second clip, with highlights including her snapping herself in front of a mirror while dressed in nude lingerie.

She can also be seen wearing a white tennis skirt and top while holding in a racquet in one hand and taking a selfie in the other.

The raven-haired stunner continues her sporty pose but covers up in another section of the ad in which she is taking a photograph of herself while wearing ski gear.

The clip concludes with Kim dressed to impress in a midriff-baring crop top as well as a black suit jacket and matching trousers and she delivers the key message: "It's Your Data. Keep It."

UK viewers can watch Kim's Super Bowl teaser on 'Conan' on truTV (freeview channel 68) - the home of larger than life characters in real situations.
