Kimberly Wyatt is going to take her daughter to baby yoga.

The former Pussycat Dolls singer gave birth to Willow in December and although she is still very young Kimberly is already planning to include her child in her exercise regime to further strengthen their "bond".

Speaking to website CloserOnline, she revealed: "My trainer offers lots of yoga and Pilates classes for new moms and their little ones, so I'm really excited to try some of those! I just know Willow will love them and it makes our bond even stronger. It's so important to me that she's healthy right from day one."

Kimberly - who is married to model Max Rogers, Willow's father - admits the love she feels for her daughter is like no other she has experienced in her life and everyday with the tot is filled with joy,

She said: "The best part (of motherhood) has been meeting Willow and getting to know her. I am so in love with her! And the good parts far outweigh the bad. The hardest thing has been getting used to night-time feeding and the constant tiredness."

Kimberly is stunned by what her body has gone through having a baby but she has been in no rush to get her pre-pregnancy figure back, instead electing to make sure her body had healed after having a Caesarean section.

She explained: "When Willow was first born I just wanted to spend time with her and enjoy getting to know her, and having had a Caesarean I wanted to make sure I had fully healed before doing anything to strenuous. But I was doing some gentle stretching quite soon after giving birth ... Having had a Caesarean I knew getting my toned stomach back would be that much harder ... I do miss my pre-pregnancy body, but I just have to be patient and trust that I will get it back."
