Rihanna will perform at the Grammy Awards with Sir Paul McCartney and Kanye West.

The 26-year-old star will reportedly take to the stage at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 8 with the 'Hey Jude' singer - who performed at the ceremony with his Beatles bandmate Ringo Starr last year - and the 'Bound 2' hitmaker for a rendition of their collaboration 'Four Five Seconds' and the Bajan beauty is delighted to be sharing the stage with the stars.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Rihanna's seriously pleased to have bagged a big slot at The Grammys and two huge names to kick off her comeback.

"Paul McCartney's a Grammys regular and it will give Rihanna serious kudos to have a Beatle backing her on stage. It is going to be a huge Grammys moment."

Paul - who has scooped 18 Grammys in his lengthy career - plays organ on the track, while Rihanna and Kanye share vocals.

The news comes a day after it was reported 'Purple Rain' hitmaker Prince is planning a "very, very special" Grammy Awards performance.

A source said: "He has something very, very special in the works."

It has already been announced that stars including Madonna, AC/DC, Pharrell Williams, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Usher, Miranda Lambert and Sam Smith will perform at the musical awards ceremony, which will again be hosted by LL Cool J.
