Kanye West is trying "really hard" to give his daughter a sibling.

The 37-year-old rapper and his wife Kim Kardashian West, who got married in Italy last May, are desperate to add to their brood so that 20-month-old North - who has the nickname Nori - can have a little brother or sister to play with.

When asked if he's trying for baby, Kanye told Radio 1's Zane Lowe:

"Oh, I'm practicing really hard. I try as many times a day I can.

Nori, this one is for you. You need a sibling."

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' beauty has been very open recently about how much she wants another baby and has even turned to God to help her conceive.

She said last month: "We've really been trying for another kid. More kids can't come soon enough! ... I'm praying about it. I am not pregnant right now, not that I know of, but no, I'm not. I wish I was.

I'm about 15 pounds heavier, but I'm not [pregnant]."

Meanwhile, despite their determination to add to their family, the couple are keen to keep the spark alive in the intimate area of their relationship so have been "mixing things up" in the bedroom.

A source said previously: "They are not at all making it seem like a chore. They keep mixing things up in their sex life to make it as enjoyable as possible. Their egos wouldn't have it any other way."
