Sam Smith has been left in tears "every night" because of his new health regime.
The 'Stay With Me' hitmaker is working hard to get in shape before his upcoming tour kicks off but he's confessed his new diet and workout plans are so tough he's been struggling to control his emotions.

Speaking at the BRIT Awards on Wednesday he shared: "I've been crying every night because I can't eat. I've got a new nutritionist and I'm working my a**e off.
"This is my last day off before I go on this detox thing - I'm going to have five takeaways in one day."
Meanwhile, Sam's pal Ed Sheeran is also planning a health kick following his boozy night out after winning the British Male Solo Artist and Mastercard British Album of the Year prizes at the annual awards ceremony in London.
The 'Thinking Out Loud' singer - who was pictured looking more than a little worse for wear after partying at the Warner Music after party with his girlfriend Athina Andrelos and his brother Matthew - has scheduled a two-week juice retreat in Portugal.
A fellow guest at the party the flame-haired star attended told The Sun newspaper: "Ed was knocking drinks back like crazy.
"He was dancing with his mates, hugging anybody who he knew and snogging the face of Athina.
"Everybody wanted to get him a drink and that went on all through the night."
