And a source told E! news the 'Video Girl' star was "ecstatic" with the gesture, though they insisted it doesn't mean the couple - who have been dating for seven months - are planning to get engaged just yet.
The couple reportedly first bonded over their love of music.
A source said recently: "There is a special connection between the two of them. Music is a big part of the relationship, because it means to much to them. Rob loves her music."
Meanwhile, The 'Rover' star decided to shave his head recently because twigs "inspired him to do it."
The source added: "He buzzed it, but she was there with him."
The pair spent the festive season with the 28-year-old actor's family in England and another insider recently revealed his two elder sisters, Lizzy and Victoria, "adore" his new girlfriend and "totally approve" of his relationship with the 27-year-old singer.
