Jeremy Renner claims his estranged wife blackmailed him over release of intimate videos
The 'Hurt Locker' star has filed legal documents which allege Sonni Pacheco - with who he has 23-month-old daughter Ava - repeatedly admitted she married him to get a green card and financial stability, and frequently told their roommate that if the actor wasn't nice to her or fought her over money or the visa issues, she would hand over embarrassing footage to website TMZ.

The site - which insists it never spoke to the Canadian model, nor would they publish the footage - also reports Jeremy's documents, which have been filed as part of the former couple's custody dispute, detail multiple issues of bad parenting from his estranged wife.
He alleges that while he was working on location in September, Sonni went out to party and left Ava alone in their house for 15 minutes without checking to see if anyone was home to care for the little girl.
Their roommate has filed a declaration stating Sonni smokes and drinks and stopped breastfeeding because she felt guilty she was drinking, and even took cocaine during a vacation after Ava was born.
The couple have shared 50/50 custody since separating after 11 months of marriage in December, but Sonni recently made a bid for primary custody of their little girl.
In her application, the 23-year-old model claimed 43-year-old Jeremy's house is unsafe for a child because he has a gun collection and his swimming pool is exposed.
She insisted his Los Angeles mansion was much safer when she lived there, as the pool was protected by fences and his guns were locked up but alleges he now keeps a weapon out in the open, behind a bar.
The brunette beauty is also seeking significant child support payments because she claimed Jeremy has $13 million in assets and earned approximately $3.5 million last year.
She claims the 'American Hustle' star told her to "get a j.o.b" when she told him he would have pay child support and also wants him to pay $75,000 for her legal fees and an additional $25,000 for other legal expenses.
