Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris enjoyed a very public date in Nashville, Tennessee.

The 25-year-old star was captured on video holding the 31-year-old Scottish DJ's hand after she performed a song at Kenny Chesney's concert.

An eyewitness claims the blonde beauty sat on her rumoured new beau's lap and kissed him during the gig.

Calvin, who insisted last November that Taylor wasn't his type, was also photographed with his arms around her waist after she joined Kenny on stage for a duet.

The duo, who were supposedly seen holding hands at last month's BRIT Awards, went grocery shopping at a Whole Foods in Nashville on Wednesday night (25.03.15), according to gossip website TMZ.com.

Despite appearing to go public with their romance, a source recently insisted Taylor, who has been single since splitting from Harry Styles in December 2013, is taking things very slowly with the 'Outside' hitmaker.

The insider said: "Yes, there is a spark there, but she's not an easy sell these days. She's giving it time and seeing what kind of guy he really is.

"She likes him, but she's not just going to jump into anything with him. She makes guys work for it because she wants to make sure that it's the right thing for her. At this point, he's still chasing her."

The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker recently admitted she deliberately took a step back from dating to focus on her career and friendships, and was worried people would see it as a "weakness" if she opened herself up to love again.
