    David Arquette's wedding was "beautiful"

The 43-year-old actor tied the knot with partner Christina McLarty in Los Angeles earlier this month and the 'Scream' star says their big day was "amazing", especially because his 11-year-old daughter Coco - who he has with ex-wife Courteney Cox - played an important part in their celebrations.

He said: "I got married, The wedding was amazing, it was beautiful, I have the most beautiful wife and she's such a sweetheart, it was an incredible wedding, family and friends, Coco sang a couple of songs, it was amazing."

However, the couple - who have 11-month-old son Charlie West together - haven't yet been on honeymoon, though they have a number of trips in the pipeline.

Asked if they've taken their traditional post-wedding holiday yet, David told E! News: "Not yet, we're going to go to the Kentucky Derby and then South Carolina to meet with our friends and then we're gonna do a real honeymoon after that, Costa Rica or that kind of thing."

While David is delighted with his daughter's singing talent, he doesn't want to push her to follow in her parents' performing footsteps just yet.

He said: "Coco steals the show... We do mainly stuff that's not professional, school plays, keep her out of anything... Make it fun."

David appears in new movie 'Just Before I Go', which has been directed by Courteney and he is incredibly proud of his ex-wife.

He said: "She's an incredible director. We're really proud of it. I was proud to be part of it, acting in it."
