Khloé Kardashian is writing an advice book

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star is hoping to inspire people to see the "strength and true beauty" of being who you are in a "culture that worships skinny".

She said: "I am so excited about sharing my philosophy on how I live and the power of strength.

"I hope to be an inspiration to readers everywhere on how they can create their own true strength and beauty inside and out."

The 30-year-old star - who has previously released books with her sisters Kim Kardashian West and Kourtney Kardashian - will be addressing "how to create strength and true beauty in every area of their lives by building a strong body, mind, heart, and spirit", the book's publisher Regan Arts revealed.

Judith Regan, the CEO of the publishing company, added: "We are thrilled to be working with Khloé Kardashian whose book will surely inspire women and men everywhere.

"It's time for us to embrace the fact that strong, as opposed to skinny, is a healthier goal."

Meanwhile, Khloé recently revealed that she had ditched an impressive

13 pounds by working out five days a week.

She said: "I try to work out five days a week. It's a lot, but I feel great when I do it. On the weekend I have a gym in my community. I try to do cardio. You just turn on some junk TV and you don't realise what you're doing, and I love that."

The as-yet untitled book is scheduled for release on November 3.
