Katie Price won't let husband be part of her music comeback - because his former band was awful

The 36-year-old reality TV star shot a new music video with pop singer Kavana - who she became friends with in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house this year - in April and as well as the single she has plans to make an album.

Katie recently discovered her spouse Kieran Hayler was once the lead singer in an indie rock group but after checking out their music she won't be recording a song with him like she did with her first husband Peter Andre.

Speaking to Mirror Online, she said: "Kieran was in an indie band when he was younger and he wouldn't let me hear what they sounded like. Then I found them online and I keep threatening to put it out on Instagram. I was like, 'Oh my God is that you?' It doesn't even sound like him - and he was the lead singer."

Revealing Kieran won't be duetting with her, she added: "I've been there and done that before and I want to do this on my own. I'm not trying to be a pop star, I just want to do it and if something happens, brilliant, and if it doesn't, it doesn't."

In March, Katie teased an exciting project coming up in the summer and while it means having to relocate Down Under, the star "can't wait" to get started.

She revealed: "I've got something big coming up in Australia, so I'm going to be in Australia for, I think, around three months.

"I have a big job happening. I have a project over there and so I can't wait to come over for three or four months."
