Caroline Flack doesn't feel embarrassed about her relationship with Harry Styles

The 35-year-old TV presenter - who dated the One Direction singer back in 2011 - has defended the relationship, saying the 14-year age gap between herself and Harry, 21, was blown out of proportion.

She said: "I'm not going to ever apologise for it because there was nothing at the time that was serious or bad and nobody was getting hurt."

The brunette beauty, who previously dated Britain's Prince Harry, also confessed she once contemplated a romance with her 'X Factor' co-host Olly Murs, 31.

She told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: "There was a point when we first started working together when I thought, 'Do I? Could I?' There's always been a barrier where we just couldn't ever cross that line and we never have. But we laugh about it all the time."

What's more, Caroline described the pop star as the most confident person she's ever come across.

She shared: "I've never met anyone as confident in my whole life but it never borders on arrogance.

"It's quite extraordinary. His confidence is lovely - I wish I had that, [being] confident about everything I do. He never moans, he's got energy, he's constantly up. There's nothing about [working with] Olly that ever makes me go, 'Oh for God's sake'. And you get that sometimes."
