Nicky Hilton to take James Rothschild's name after the couple get married
The fashion designer is in the process of organising her nuptials to English-based banker James Rothschild - the son of late businessman Amschel Rothschild who she got engaged to in August 2014 - and has decided to drop the Hilton moniker because she is a traditionalist and wants to share the same surname as her spouse.

In an interview with Fox News Magazine, she revealed: "You know, I'm very traditional, and that's just what happens. The bride takes her husband's last name."
Nicky - the younger sister of Paris Hilton - admits planning the wedding has been difficult because she has been arranging everything from her base in New York City, despite the fact the ceremony and reception are taking place in London.
She explained: "I think planning a wedding in London from New York City has been the most challenging part of the process. There's going to be a lot of back and forth going on."
Although Nicky is finding it frustrating making plans for her wedding in the UK capital from The Big Apple, she admits her favourite Hilton Hotel is based in London and is very near Queen Elizabeth's royal residence.
She said: "(My favourite) is the London Hilton. It overlooks Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and there's a Trader Vic's inside. It's honestly the most amazing location."
