Lily Collins and Jamie Campbell Bower have rekindled their relationship

The 26-year-old actress, who split from her 'Mortal Instruments: City of Bones' co-star in summer 2013 after approximately one year of dating, has confirmed they are back together.

The brunette beauty, who was linked to 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' star Chris Evans in March, posted a photograph of the 26-year-old heartthrob kissing her cheek on Instagram, with the caption: "Happy is what happy does. 50 shades of blush#cloud9ispinkright?.... (sic)"

She then uploaded a more intimate image of them locking lips, writing: "Life works in mysterious ways but when you find your inner glow is back and shining brighter, you know it's right..."

Earlier this week Jamie suggested on Twitter that they had purchased a new puppy together.

Alongside a photo of Lily holding the pet, he tweeted: "A weekend spent Puppy naming ain't all bad. X (sic)"

A source close to the 'Mirror Mirror' actress previously insisted her split from Jamie was amicable.

The insider said at the time: "They remain very good friends.

"They've been really good about doing the press tour together for their movie. They were able to stay friendly."

Jamie was once engaged to his 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1' co-star Bonnie Wright but they split up in June 2012, while Lily previously dated Zac Efron and Taylor Lautner.
