Kim Kardashian West is "stressing out" about her weight
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star is reportedly worried about the pounds she's gained since finding out she's expecting her second child.

A source said: "[She's] stressing out about gaining the baby weight again.
"During her first pregnancy it was the hardest obstacle to lose the weight and this time she feels like her weight has changed for the worse.
And the 34-year-old television personality - who already has two-year-old daughter North with husband Kanye West - is reportedly considering drastic action to keep her hourglass shape.
The family insider added to RadarOnline.com: "She feels like her hips are expanding more than ever. [She's considering] surgery to shave down her hips."
Meanwhile, Kim recently revealed she is trying to fit into her pre-pregnancy clothes.
She said: "At this stage, I'm just trying to fit into the things that still fit me. When I wore my latex dress I just knew it fit me and I knew I probably only had a couple of weeks left before I couldn't wear it for a good year - and I'd never worn it so I wanted to get use out of it ...
"I do think tighter clothes look better and more slimming, and I don't care how hot it is, I'm going to wear thin coats all summer to conceal my big arms. I'm going to have a strategy of just really simple this time."
