    Brandi Glanville quit 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' as she "couldn't explain" her behaviour

    The 42-year-old reality star announced recently she was departing the show and has now admitted part of the reason why she is leaving is because of the backlash her antics received on social media.


    She said: "I didn't want to do the show again... 'cause I took so much heat. I was doing things to my own detriment that I couldn't explain.

    "Like throwing wine in someone's face. I'm not sure why. I slapped [Lisa] Vanderpump. I really don't know why. ... At the end of the day I got so much hate on social media."

    But Brandi, who claims to have a "development deal with a really big network," admitted she will be seen "a little bit" in the next series of the show, but has only agreed to work with certain co-stars.

    She told Sirius XM DJ Howard Stern: "I talked to producers. I really didn't want to come back.

    "I have other offers to do other things and I said, 'Listen, I will come back if it makes sense -- if it's with Yolanda [Foster] or if it's with Kim [Richards]. Otherwise, I don't talk to any of the other ladies and I don't like them."

    Because of speculation she was fired from the show, Brandi is finding it hard to rent a home because people think she is unemployed.

    She said: "They're like, 'Are you sure you're not fired?'"
