Bobbi Kristina Brown's funeral is set to take place on 1st August

The family of the 22-year-old aspiring actress, who died at a hospice last Sunday (26.07.15) after being found unresponsive in a bathtub at her home near Atlanta on January 31, will reportedly gather to mourn and celebrate her life at St. James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia before she is buried next to her late mother, Whitney Houston, at Fairview Cemetery in New Jersey next Monday (03.08.15).

The Fulton County Medical Examiner released the starlet's remains at approximately noon (28.07.15), after completing an autopsy to determine an official cause of death.

A source told UsMagazine.com that family members, including Bobbi Kristina's devastated father Bobby Brown, were originally hoping to hold the funeral tomorrow (30.07.15), but pushed it back to enable all of her loved ones to attend.

Medical examiners plan to perform additional testing, but so far it appears there were no signs of foul play.

Last month, Bobbi Kristina's conservators filed a $40 million lawsuit against her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, accusing him of domestic violence and of stealing her money.

But a source related to the 25 year old told PEOPLE.com: "Nick says he didn't do anything to hurt Krissi. He did not cause her death.

"He lost a soul mate. They were young people who had a troubled background but were in love.

"He is only guilty of being a young kid. He will have to find a way to move on, but he is in pain now. He'll be in pain for a long time."
