Nicki Minaj's ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels has blasted her in a new song

The 34-year-old rapper released 'Lifeline' on Tuesday (28.07.15) and badmouths his former girlfriend in the track by claiming he was a ghostwriter for the best songs on her most recent album, 'The Pinkprint', while also dissing her new rapper beau, Meek Mill.

Referring to Meek in the track, he raps: "This n**** bent outta shape with a gorilla face, my bars on 'The Pinkprint' no one will ever match, my d**k print, little n*****, you can never match."

The two rappers have slammed each other in the past but their feud was reignited last week when Meek tweeted to brand Safaree "gay" for "twerking" in a video, but in another verse on the track Safaree has mocked him for "talking like a female".

He raps: "When you was pulling up, I was pulling out, I know real s**t I ain't gonna talk about, I seen the text messages, I seen the emails, somebody tell me why he's talking like a female."

However, Safaree also uses the song to touch on his sadness at splitting from the 'Anaconda' hitmaker after 14 years and accuses her of being ashamed of him while they were dating.

He raps: "What a shame, it took a split for them to know I was your man, got so tired of hidin' it, head high with no pride in it, guess I wasn't cool enough cause in our pictures we hidin' it.

"Twelve years up in flames, thought you woulda had my kid, year three got engaged, now we movin' out of rage."
